IS DELTA-8 LEGAL?
Federally, delta 8 is legal because it comes from hemp. The reason why hemp is legal is because it contains no more than 0.3 percent THC total, which makes it technically a non-psychoactive substance… BUT states can override federal law, and so while delta 8 may be legal federally, that doesn’t mean that it’s legal in all 50 states.

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE NET CARBS? Take the total carb count and subtract the amount of fiber and the amount of allulose and you will be left with net carbs. Each package shows the net carb calculation right on the front!

HOW MANY MG SHOULD I TAKE? A standard dose often will be between 10 to 40 milligrams of Delta 8. This dose is based on your own tolerance to THC. With our gummies you can decide which end of the spectrum you would like to start with! Keep in mind, the more you eat, the stronger the effects will be.
HOW MUCH DELTA-8 IS IN ONE GUMMY? Each gummy bear contains 1 mg of Delta-8. (2 mg for the higher dose bags)
