The short answer seems to be yes. Most descriptions of the Delta-8 THC high say it’s mild or “lighter” than a traditional Delta-9 THC (marijuana) high, so Delta-8 is often referred to as “weed-lite”. Users have also said that the high feels almost identical to D9 THC but without the associated paranoia or anxiety many experience.
WHAT IS DELTA-8?
Delta-8 is the little sister of THC (aka: Delta-9 or marijuana). It has all the health benefits of Mary Jane (i.e. it reduces inflammation and helps with nausea) but with a smoother, less psychoactive high and NO anxiety or paranoia! Some claim Delta-8 is a BETTER pain reliever too. Amazeballs!
IS DELTA-8 LEGAL?
Federally, Delta-8 is legal because it comes from hemp. The reason why hemp is legal is because it contains no more than 0.3 percent THC total, which makes it technically a non-psychoactive substance… BUT states can override federal law, and so while Delta-8 may be legal federally, that doesn’t mean that it’s legal in all 50 states.

HOW MANY MG SHOULD I TAKE?
A standard dose often will be between 10 to 40 milligrams of Delta-8. This dose is based on your own tolerance to THC. With our gummies you can decide which end of the spectrum you would like to start with! Keep in mind, the more you eat, the stronger the effects will be.
HOW LONG DO THE EFFECTS LAST?
Different products will certainly dictate how quickly you can feel the effects and how long they last. Vaping Delta-8 THC will cause the effects to occur almost immediately and they may last several hours. Eating gummies or other edibles may take slightly longer to feel the effects. It can take 30-40 minutes before beginning to enter the bloodstream. Then, effects can last up to twelve hours.
WHAT’S THE DIFF BETWEEN DELTA-8 AND CBD?
The key difference is that CBD contains no psychoactive properties. If you ingest CBD, you will not get any high. However, Delta-8 THC will cause a high, it just will be de-escalated compared to the main form of THC (Delta-9 aka: marijuana). If you’re someone who is not comfortable with any high, then CBD is the choice for you. If you suffer from a medical condition or are looking for a little buzz, then this may be a great solution!
WILL DELTA-8 THC MAKE ME FAIL A DRUG TEST?
Delta-8 THC products may cause a person to fail a drug test. Just as with CBD products, Delta-8 may contain .3% THC or below. While still a small amount, it may be enough for the drug test to detect, especially if a person is using Delta-8 or CBD products regularly. Drug tests are not finely-tuned instruments. They do not look for levels of THC, just the presence of it. It should be noted that for this reason, CBD products may also cause a person to fail a drug test.

The ketones then become the primary source of fuel for your body, putting you into a state of ketosis (aka: the keto diet). Take the total carb count and subtract the amount of fiber and the amount of allulose and you will be left with net carbs. Each package shows the net carb calculation right on the front!

WHY ARE THERE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS FOR DELTA 8-THC?
Some individual states include total THC content to be under 0.3% to be considered legal in that state. This includes all THC cannabinoids including Delta-9 THC, Delta-8 THC, THCA and THCP.
WHY IS MY CARTRIDGE NOT HITTING?
If your cartridge isn’t drawing smoke when hit, first check the battery and make sure it is functioning properly. Second, either take a long draw or hold down the button of your battery until it blinks. The delta 8 distillate needs to prime, or heat up, and fill the oil reservoir in the cartridge. If it is difficult to hear up the distillate with your battery, try applying heat using a hair dryer.
MY VAPE SEEMS TO BE CLOGGED? Delta-8 distillate is very thick, and is almost solid at room temperature. After prolonged use, Delta-8 distillate can enter the mouthpiece of a cartridge or disposable, cool and become clogged. To remedy this, apply heat by using a hair dryer or leave in direct sunlight for 5-10 minutes.
There are no returns on Disposable Vape Pens. If a cartridge doesn’t work when you receive it, you have 48 hours to contact us with a video showing it doesn’t work and we will ship out a replacement. After 48 hours of receipt, there are no replacements.
